The Project/Haltya 12”, released in 2000 by Exogenic, received good feedback from, among others, Annie Nightingale at BBC Radio One. Haltya’s debut album Forest Flavour (2001) got a lot of attention thanks to the original groovy sound. The new material continues in the same vein as before with an even funkier sound on their new 12” Hero. This time the Haltya guys team up with the faboulus horns of Baabelin Torvet.

A.    “Allways Ultra” is, so far, one of the most straightforward tracks of Haltyas new material, enjoy the full funky beats.

B.    “Hero” is the grooviest Haltya track yet. The horns guitar and drums gives the track an authentic sound and makes it a guaranteed floor filler. The track has passed the “summer festival test” and you really have to hurry to get a spot on the dance floor when this tune starts.
